March 9, 2021 - Tasted this with two Chardonnay fans and boy was this a big disappointment. Nose had a hint of Band-Aid maybe a little bit of pineapple and fig with some vanilla herbal and cedar notes, but that charred barrel or Band-Aid note never really gave up on the nose or palate; so we gave up on it. It was a very very disappointing bottle.

October 27, 2018 - Labelled Porusots for 2015 , not sure if this is a change in branding.
Young, bright, fresh and restrained at this stage. Not very giving at this stage and more of a clean, stone fruit, mineral edge. Light on the oak and dare we say could actually use a touch more. This is not the typical fatty, buttery meursault but more of a leaner firmer side of things. good 89-90 for now but needs a bit more time.1 person found this helpful Comment
