February 26, 2021 - Solid classic Barbaresco. Don't expect a rich cocktail wine. Do expect this to fill out very nicely over the next ten years. No doubt this wine will improve significantly.

January 7, 2019 - Impressive nose with roses, cherries, leather and some oil paint but on the palate I did not find it to be in great balance. With some food it was still a very good wine.

November 17, 2018 - Too young still. Beautiful Pinot-like colour and aroma, but thin-tasting in the middle, tannins harsh at only 4 years old. Nice - but will reward aging.

August 10, 2018 - Nose of red fruits, floral notes, rose, violets, herbal/medicinal quality, some VA/nail polish remover. High acid, high tannin, red fruited. Nice bottle of wine.

July 3, 2018 - The wine and a crimson with orange/brown overtones at the edges. Slight dark cherries on the nose, along with slight menthol. Balanced acid, soft tannins, and dark fruit on the palate, with a long finish on the tannins that segues into a hint of menthol. Drank after an hour in the decanter.
