December 10, 2023 - Pnp. Improved over 4 hours. Repoper nailed it. It's beautiful right now. Subtle fruit along with savory umami. It rounder and more elegant over time. It's what I look for in a youthful Barolo. Fantastic wine. It went up against a $250 Napa cab and, while different, held its own.
December 1, 2023 - What a different experience. This bottle is spot on Nebbiolo. Classic profile of strawberries, a hint of tar, some animal funk,rose and orange rind. It’s a simple but berry enjoyable Nebbiolo. Great complement for home made sausage in red sauce.
September 27, 2023 - First of my six. For $25 I don’t expect too much. Open d early in the day and then decanted for several hours. Pleasant enough but nothing special. Would not rebuy but for the tariff it’s ok. A few hours on it’s starting to reveal its Piedmont roots. This probably needs several more years to shine.
May 31, 2023 - Solid 10 year barolo. Classic flavor profile but without a significant layer of depth. Perfect to drink now without much fuss. Easy going and ready.
March 3, 2023 - Dark garnet color. Nose featured classic aromas of rose, lavender, and cranberry. Palate was medium bodied and balanced to match the ethereal perfume. A very nice wine, balanced and fruity. NOt to tannic, but with the stiffing to stand up to steak! Very nice indeed!
December 26, 2022 - Purchased at auction. Bottle was corked. Wine was tough, very tannic, no fruit. Disappointing because this one scores c top reviews. Have two left…

November 10, 2020 - Black cherry, sage, slight amount of tar and violet, baking spice, medium plus intensity nose. High acidity, medium plus tannin, medium finish, medium plus alcohol, some bitterness on the pallet, nose resembles palate. Tasty now! Could easily last another 4-5
August 25, 2020 - Well made, rich, deep, more modern style. Air helped it come together. Enjoyable but not distinctive.
May 9, 2020 - Quite nice after decanting for 90 minutes.
