May 25, 2013 - Still wonderfully fresh and complex. Nice color/ nose. Probably won't get any better.

August 7, 2011 - Golden straw yellow color with a rich, smooth, creamy texture. Very good balance and easy to drink. Layered buttery palate with flavors of vanilla, melon, sunflower, and honeysuckle. Good stuff. Drink from 2008 until 2013.

March 26, 2011 - A bit better than our last bottle. Lemon curd in the mouth. This wine has a very nice color of darkened hay. Drink up.

October 2, 2010 - Ok, but not my favorite style. Lots of oak, a thick mouthfeel.

July 29, 2010 - Light to medium bodied wine that lacks a bit of acidity. On the nose lemon and slight oak. In the mouth flavors of meyer lemons, hints of butter and a cloying sweetness on the finish. A cocktail wine that was not particularly food friendly. Drink.

July 26, 2010 - Not a big white drinker, but Chappellet being my favorite Napa Vineyard I gave this a try. I enjoyed the wine, was buttery and a had full, luscious creaminess to it. The wine had a light oakiness to it, but I do not have much to compare it too, since I am not a big Chardonnay drinker. I enjoyed this wine on a terribly hot summer day, and was very pleased that I tried expanding my palate.

June 27, 2010 - Very buttery with a fairly thick and oily mouthfeel. Pretty rich and better on its own than with food. Enjoyable but I would prefer this with a little more acidity. For my taste this was probably better a year or two ago. Ann loved it.
