January 23, 2024 - Man oh man what a gem. Punches well above its price point. Apples, lemon peel, classic brioche. Fruity with a perfect acidity, sad I don't have another.

May 25, 2021 - Wow, I love how this has matured. Profound yeasty bouquet with tart citrus fruits and a much longer finish than it had 3 years ago.

October 14, 2019 - Medium greenish yellow with small bubbles. Tons of tart green apples on the nose with lemon and white stone fruits. Medium plus acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. More rounded as it warms up. Very tart on the palate with citrus zest, tree fruits and river rocks. Long finish. Drink till 2026.

August 23, 2019 - So this is technically a NV wine although the label says 2013 harvest, disgorged in 2017. Has a light appearance and a lively fizz. Brioche, yeast, maybe a touch of Chablis like fruit in the nose. Snappy taste, lots of energy in the mouth feel, very much a young wine. Not much depth as yet but it offers promise. Wait a year for some depth and nuance to emerge. But it's also delicious at the moment.
