September 8, 2019 - Nice, bright cava. Fruity with a toast note on the finish. Dry with enough acidity and freshness to make it quite enjoyable.

January 22, 2019 - Pale golden yellow with light bubbles. Very fresh nose coated with green apples, minerals and a touch of straw. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and light bodied. Crisp palate with some green apples and stone fruits. Medium length finish. Drink till 2021.

-color:a very pale lemon yellow
-Body:very light body
-Aroma:yeasty citrus notes like lemon zest brioche with green apples
-Palate: medium plus acidity with lemon zest and freshness on the front of the tongue. Green apple tartness, crisp flavors, yeasty bread notes

January 9, 2018 - Pale yellow with good mousse. Aroma is fruity with notes of citrus and green apples. Mouthfeel is fruity with nice acidity and notes of citrus and green apples. Fruity and nice cava!
