May 31, 2018 - Very nice wine! Paired with hard cheeses and crackers and sausage. Very much green peppercorn on the nose which I love. Bit of fruit on the nose too but subtle. Palate is totally different. Cherry and wood/cedar on the palate. Perhaps a bit of vanilla or caramel. Complex wine but medium bodied not heavy at all. Very nice! 1 more bottle see if I can let it lay down for another year
