August 1, 2020 - Crystalline pale hay color, some distinct toasty notes on the nose, lovely medium intensity fruit, quite lithe and taut, sea shell, just a hint of saline, great acidity, finishes with drawn out chalky minerality. One of the worlds best QPR wines.

July 29, 2020 - First go on a Pepiere ever. Big fan of acidic wines so lets go! White fruits, lemon and lime but also grassy, great acidity, seashell saltiness, a bitter note and minerality. Pretty long finish. I noticed a small oxidative note in the back if I'm not mistaking. Typicality of this wine or a minor flaw?
Was I blown away as I hoped, no not really but it is definitely a wine I very enjoy. Hope the future will develop this wine further, got 5 left. Screaming value for 12,50 euro.

June 14, 2020 - Deceptively good, concur with recent notes, lemon, lime, mineral, saline & chalk, light floral notes, good acidity very much in step with the fruit. Subtle nose and graceful palate of light richness, good length. Interesting, vintage & age variation-- have had 2014 and 2015 in last 6 months or so, all have signature elements, but this may not be quite as rich as some and age perhaps only beginning to tell. Drank through 2013 over 6 years and they all developed so nicely. Likewise the 2010 & 2012 Clisson, really kicked it.
