September 7, 2019 - Luscious is a word I would use to describe this wine. The acidity is perfectly balanced between a California Sauvignon Blanc and a New Zealand, giving a crisp citrus flavor of lemon and grapefruit. Hint of grass on the nose, with a slight floral honeysuckle scent. Tropical fruits round out the flavor, with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. I look forward to drinking this wine again!

December 15, 2017 - This is my favorite Sauvignon Blanc. Adam Lazarre makes wine for a lot of wineries, but this their label. It is stunningly complex yet subtle. The fruit is very solid and the acidity is balanced but soft.
If you haven't tried it go online and get some. The Lazarre's are great people and put their heart into producing the best possible wines.
They sure did it with this one. -

November 22, 2017 - This is the finest example of Sav Blanc from Paso, or anywhere else.
Truely a treat. Unfortunately others though so and it is sold out.
Awaiting the 2017 vintage.
Adam and Angie Lazarre are great people and truely dedicated to making the best wines possible. Very talented.
