Community Tasting Notes 6

May 4, 2022 - Earlier bottles didn’t show as well. Nice nose of cherries, on palate cherries and strawberries. Nice acidity, medium finish. A little tartness that was nice. I would drink in near future as I think is as nice as it will get.

April 15, 2022 - Very elegant, chalky, light on it´s feet with a pretty strawberry fruit. Very elegant indeed. Still primary, but entering maturity.

April 14, 2022 - Well, I must admit, this wine got better over time. It is drinking very well now and probably has at least 2-3 more years of life. Consumed with some slow roasted prime rib...the dark cherries, the mellow tannins, the acidity all worked together to provide a very nice wine. My wife had salmon Florentine and she also appreciated the pairing.

February 8, 2020 - Decent offering that complimented my Duck breast for dinner. However, it is drinking more like a burgundy than a jammy full bodied new world Pinot. Almost Oregon Pinot like and a little lean on the finish. Nevertheless, it was still very good.

September 25, 2019 - Pop and pour and tasted with food and on its own. Poured half into a 375ml bottle to taste another day.
    Ruby color; clear.
Wonderful nose of rose petals and red apple peel and freshly picked raspberries.
Bright fresh citrus notes with light red berry fruits. The acidity speaks at a higher decibel level than the fruit. Light profile and what you would expect from the vineyard. Nice.
