  November 23, 2023 - Decanted for 1 hour and return to bottle to service 1 hour later. Clear w/very minor fine sediment. Med purple/red color. Muted nose first thing, then med with 15 mins glass time. Initially raw, tight, astringent and a bit rough. After 30 mins, wine developed nicely with med body, rounded out and fruit came out. Long finish, integrated and will hold for another few years. Dry and definitely not over extracted. $54 winery direct.

  October 25, 2023 - This is drinking beautifully at this stage. Bright strawberry fruit with lively acidity, a firm body and plenty of structure. Notes of cola and red licorice. Good intensity and a long lingering finish.

  March 4, 2023 - Terrific as a pop-and-pour. Sonoma Coast typicity without the high alcohol (13.6% ABV). Lots of strawberry sweetness.

  May 21, 2021 - Cherry, blood orange, and nutmeg on the nose. Nice balance of fruit and spice on the nose. Medium-long finish, with a touch of sweetness. This is one of my favorite WS bottlings and this is drinking nicely now.
