December 20, 2022 - straw colored, still vibrant, lactic and with fresh tones to the fruit. initially dominated by lactic tones but with 30 min of air fruit becomes vibrant and intense. highly concentrated thrilling style of chablis with a measured amount of oxidation from wood but no reliance on oak flavors. i like its confidence

February 17, 2019 - Tasted over two days. A little bit less impressive showing than last time, this does have all the fixers in terms of bees wax, honey, minerals and also a light elegance. Seemless, and actually better on day two. This is mature, but there is no hurry.

May 21, 2018 - Wonderful wine. Rich with minerals, butter and citrus, a firm acidity, but in no way aggressive. Very complete, very balanced - and ready to drink, I think, but no hurry here. The rich vintage is handled very well, and while there is a gras character, it is not overwhelming.

June 29, 2014 - Bright deep yellow showing some age. The nose is citrus and lime with notes of custard and sweet fruit. Matched perfectly with lentil salad and asparagus salad with lemon and Dijon mustard dressing. Full bodied for a Chablis and long finish.

October 27, 2013 - No pox, clean and bright yellow fruit, cut lemon citrus acidity, wonderful limestone chalk, seashore salinity, little buttered brioche......But But But....this S O B is corked!! Damn.....at least pox is somewhat expected! A non-pox corked white burgs sucks!

June 7, 2010 - Buttescotch/vanilla and tropical fruits on the nose. Smelled like a new world Chardonnay. The palate has a nice hit of acidity. This two a few hours of air to smooth our. At first I was a little surprised by the nose, but eventually it came together and calmed down and was more typical Chablis a little more density than one would expect. This is still a baby. As long as this does not suffer premox I anticipate a long life ahead -- should be fantastic in 5-10 years.
