August 20, 2023 - Disgorged January 2020. This is 2017 base, with 15% reserve wines added, with a couple grams of dosage. 85% Pinot Noir and the rest Chard. Just a light salmon color. When I opened this an hour or so before I served it, my first reaction was kinda dull and boring. So, my hope was that the wine needed to wake up. And then it did. I served this blind, and like the Miniere Absolu, this wine garnered a lot of very positive remarks. I saw a few people re-pour the wine, as did I. This has a fresh impression, a touch savory yet that is balanced by a strawberry fruit that is bright and alive. It's the kind of wine that carries an energy, a cool texture and it grabs attention. Ironically, I saw this just sitting on a local shelf and so I grabbed one to give it a try. I've had a # of bottles of Remi's wines over the past 5 years and the value and fresnhess of the wines is consistently there. But this Rose, it's up another level and on the short list of one of my wine 'ahas' of 2023.

October 23, 2022 - April 2021 disgorgement, 2018 base. Enjoyable, if a bit simple. Well made. Solid value champagne. Maybe a point better with some additional age.

October 8, 2022 - Easy bright and fresh and fruity champagne. Red fruits mostly. Drinks well. Not the most complex or different but it's good and easy.

March 19, 2022 - Delicious and very pink rose Champagne. Plenty of red fruit - strawberry primarily. The bubbles kind of malfunctioned and exploded on opening, so the bead was a little depleted from the start.
    2015 base. 70%PN/30%Chard. 20% reserve. Dec 2018 disgorgement. 4.5 g/l dosage.
