  January 31, 2024 - Revisited this bottle last night and we both determined that there was some sort of flaw in this bottle. Mrs. TLV thought a touch of TCA, but I don't think that was it. Perhaps its just a bad bottle of wine - I'll check back soon with another bottle.

  January 29, 2024 - The bottle of '18 that we opened with dinner was consumed much too quickly, so I grabbed a bottle of the '15. Much different animal as this was tight and a bit austere. Put the cork back in and will revisit another night.

  December 14, 2023 - Lovely somewhat earthy Pinot. 2 hour decant had it in a great place. Paired perfectly with a meaty chili and cornbread.

  March 21, 2023 - dark ruby purple; raspberry, rhubarb, sarsaparilla, mushrooms, pine needles, lavender, cedar: full bodied, surprisingly structured, good acidity despite ripeness, 14.6% ABV; made from 100% Pinot Noir by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, sourced from estate vineyard just a few miles from Pacific Ocean, aged in 33% new French oak from multiple coopers; $75
