February 9, 2020 - Thanks, JC. I've been on the hunt for both.

January 23, 2020 - This is a lovely, bright, medium slightly golden, lemon yellow color. The nose shows some creaminess along with lemon, tangerine and a slightly honeyed note. Palate has a fairly rich, medium density mouth feel and only medium acidity. Palate is a touch smokey along with lemon curd, white peach and a long, saline finish. I believe this is the producer's entry level Chard. They also make a large number of single vineyard wines (8, I think) from some of the most well known Chard vineyards in California. I have yet to taste them, but will try on my next trip to the left coast.

November 18, 2019 - Well made, almost in an anti-California way. Nice delineation with a linger finish. Good QPR. No discernible, overt oak flavors to spoil the taste.

October 6, 2019 - Heavy pear on palate and nose. Lingering flavor. Slight effervescent. A slight amount of grass and butter.

September 12, 2019 - I called Chassagne Village in a blind. 4 vineyards, santa rosa vineyard. Stainless, barrel 10% nfo, terra cotta as well. All organic. Ripe attack on palate. Lingering, malo is showing pretty well on palate.
