March 24, 2023 - On the nose: raisin, fig and floral notes. Blueberry, vanilla, strawberry and pepper on the palate. Medium plus acidity. Velvety tannins. Medium plus body and intensity. Long, cherry finish.
Delicious! In it’s prime now, but will drink well over the next 5 years. -

December 17, 2022 - Italian cab here and soft cab at that. Barnyard aromas along with flowers, and dried herbs ( it was like I opened a fresh bag of herbs), hits you beautifully. Vanilla, cedar, and black fruit.
On the palate, the fruits are almost gone and the wine is savory and earthy along with thyme, rosemary, and vanilla. I had this in a burg glass at first (because for some reason I thought I was having a chianti lol ) and wow did it make it soft with lots of perfume and very floral.
