August 27, 2022 - Took a bit of air to open up. At first it had lots of reduction. Nice citrus attack with white flower on the end. Nothing sticks out. Seemed young

February 7, 2022 - Park90 night: Greener in fruit and softer compared to the Dureuil-Janthial from the same vintage, guessed 16 Puligny with the leanness. made in a relatively more linear and mineral style but not completely an acid-forward wine. Excellent length, and good to have a check-in on this in its infancy. Will put mine away for a while for a bit yet.

September 25, 2021 - Golden yellow. Some reduction in the beginnng. Rich and full bodied. Overly ripe for the age. Not a perfect bottle?

August 10, 2021 - vin d'une grande ampleur, sans exageration ni artifices.
L'attaque est ample et soyeuse, avec une touche citronée.
On dénote la craie, l'acacia, brioche vanillée.
    Vraiment bon.

May 9, 2020 - Reduction on the nose with flavors of grilled corn and matchsticks, followed by intense citrus and stones. It’s very fresh despite a warm vintage. Needs to wait for at least 5 more years, the wine opened-up on the 3rd day! Huge potential

February 12, 2020 - Bottles drunk with lunch or dinner while in Burgundy; 2/10/2020-2/14/2020 (Burgundy): Damn good and benchmark Meursault that belongs up there with other more famous names. Huge, expressive nose of ripe orchard fruit, chalk and some nuttiness. The palate is layered and rich, while maintaining good linearity and freshness. Love the layering of flavor in the finish. 93+

February 12, 2020 - Burgundy, Day 2 (Beaune, France): At La Maison du Colombier. This has many of the same hallmarks as Roulot with the same bright acidity and powerful minerality, as well as an amount of reduction that really does feel like the same. However, this seems to be a little less of a chiseled, steely wine and more of a broader, richer one, though how much of that is due to the vintage I don't know. Nonetheless, this isn't for want of acidity or freshness. This has been a producer on my to-try list for a very long time, and I'm pleased to finally get to taste it.
