Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Eric Guido Likes this wine: 89 points

February 5, 2018 - The nose was beautifully expressive with bright cherry, dusty spices, and floral herbs. On the palate, silky textures with zesty acidity gave way to tart cherry, strawberries and saline-minerality. The finish was tart, drenched in minerals and lingering notes of savory herbs.

  • BlackMamba Does not like this wine: 87 points

August 23, 2017 - Disappointing, flabby and a very depressing label really.

  • Eric Guido Likes this wine: 92 points

July 7, 2017 - The nose showed pure red berry fruit, dried spices and hints of leather. On the palate, I found a remarkably pretty expression with soft textures in a ripe yet spicy effort with masses of inner florals and strawberry fruit. It was incredibly juicy and fun yet with a perfect balance of acid and young tannin to add grip. Well done and a great QPR.
