May 12, 2022 - Already in incredible shapes, it represents the quality of San Giusto in one bottle. Intense nose of red fruits with leather, bit of tobacco, spices. Incredibly intense mouth with nice acidity and strong tannins with a quite long finish.

September 11, 2021 - Another beautiful bottle of this. Textbook Chianti Classico from this warmer vintage, but with is so full of life, freshness and has amazing depth and creaminess in this very moderate price range. Lovely.

August 20, 2021 - Popped and poured. Should have opened early and/or decanted.
Medium body. Good amount of structure. Fairly tannic, medium acidity are present, a bit astringent. Very pleasant aromatic old world nose but you definitely get some of those wild berries. It’s actually a fairly nuanced wine. Will decant next time to let it round out a bit more.2 people found this helpful Comment -

March 6, 2021 - Classical but rather light nose. Classical cherry and dusty Chianti palate. Medium+ acid, medium/+ tannins. Tight with medium body. Good taste. A light touch of sweetness in the end adds complexity to the dry but chewe fresh palate.
