November 3, 2021 - Fine, lemony acid structure. Beginning to develop some bottle aged characters. Better with more time.

September 17, 2021 - Fine acid Bourgogne. Showing some leasy richness. SO2 still showing and building in the glass.
Still very tight.Showing Mallic acid?

April 21, 2020 - Showing quite high SO2 on the nose (I'm sensitive to this). Drinking at room temp. Pleasant minerally fruit underlies the SO2.
Lemony minerally fruit. Shortish but good structure. Needs time. -

March 23, 2020 - Fine, gentle, ripe Bourgogne nose. Round, lemony, mild richness, good acid. Showing some devt and has perhaps a decade to run.

June 3, 2017 - Burgundy 2015 Whites (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): bees wax, slight wild ferment, muted peachy fruit and very slight herbaceousness on the nose. On the palate it is tart, hard and a bit unpleasant…waxy textured, bitter, short, nah.
