November 7, 2022 - Appearance: straw colour, hints of green at the rim.
Nose: struck match and white stone fruits
Palate: initial struck match before giving way to white nectarine and peaches, touch of lemon. This is all supported by mildly toasted almond and butter from the oak and lingering acidity. Very well balanced.

I’m sad this is our final bottle, but shows how age-worthy Australian chard can be. High QPR

    March 2, 2020 - Terroir-istes International - Australia-Tasmania: pH: 3.16; TA: 8.37. all-new oak with 1/3rd new French, Alc: 13.5.
light yellow colour. The nose of gentle yellow fruits, soft peachy fruit, cut grapefruit, mineral but more stone fruits than expected. the palate delivers a sharp almost rapier acidity, white melon, yet has an evolved element of almond paste to it. The wine shows a good balance of sherbet acid against some Galia melon with a touch of mouthcoating lees on the finish and for me a tad of RS? Very drinkable now.
