September 3, 2021 - Rather rich, slightly viscous, a touch of musk, all framed by a prominent suggestion slightly bitter stone fruit pit. Sufficient backbone acidity. Pleasant enough over three nights — yet overall, it did not leave us yearning to find another.

December 14, 2019 - Rik doft och smak, fyllig och avrundad, inte så frisk som riesling ofta kan vara

August 6, 2019 - Incredibly flavourful and deep compared to what I was expecting. A highlight of the evening.

March 20, 2019 - A very enjoyable and different breed of Gruner recommended by a modest Austrian sommelier in NY. This wine is almost Burgundian in texture and is a nice food wine, especially for seafood. While not as complex or seriously mineral-driven as some of the classic GV can be, this wine kept its buttery viscous, green apple, lemon, and floral form with a nice simper mineral drive throughout.

March 8, 2019 - Clearly full of potential. Deep and complex aromas. Fading memory of the dinner means that's all I've got for you.

October 8, 2017 - Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): Rich from the oak in the nose, vanilla, ripe fruit, buttery with a few spicy notes The palate follows the same pattern, butter and vanilla, ripe white fruit, med body and acidity, med to long finish.

September 27, 2017 - Some sweetness on the nose but dry on the palate. Yellow apples, saffron with a hint of yeast. Hint of butter and other flavours clearly derived from oak.
