January 29, 2023 - From magnum. Opened early in the morning, poured for dinner, it was still a little tight and kept getting better the next day. give this air

En magnum. il faut absolument l'ouvrir bien à l'avance. ouvert le matin pour le soir, il continuait à s'améliorer à j+1

November 16, 2021 - Wow, really enjoyable. Pinot like, but not. Unique flavors, focused with long lingering strawberry flavors.

July 29, 2020 - First night presented light a new world Pinot Noir (think Mornington or Gippsland in Australia). Plenty of cherry, nice acid. Didn't have the jubiness or bubblegum that I was expecting. Had a glass or two on second night and the Beaujolais/Gamay profile shun through much more. Had rounded out. Still very enjoyable but different.

May 29, 2020 - Light purple color to the rim - appears unfiltered
Medium plus aromas of Jolly Rancher cherry candy with rose petal/ green herbal secondaries and obvious stem inclusion
Medium plus palate of crunchy red fruit and fresh herbs - again a slight green bitterness which adds to the complexity of the palate
Medium tannins and medium acidity with medium length
Very nice well made Beaujolais and very drinkable
Drink now as I don't feel this is an example which will improve with aging

    May 27, 2020 - Single blind tasting
    Purple color
Aromatics medium +. Green stems and slight candy cherry. No oak
Palate medium +. Acid medium +. Tannins medium, fine and gum/teeth location. Crips, crunchy cherry with green herbs.
Finish has medium length. Balance seems towards the stem notes, but crunchy fruit still present. Drink now.
