September 29, 2023 - Nose of loamy, mineral soil with plum, black berries fruit. Balanced with acid and diminutive tannin. Leads to a long finish, but maybe too old.

September 2, 2023 - Decanted the magnum for 2+ hours before drinking. Another outstanding bottle of wine from M. Browne and the team at CIRQ. Had with family during our All-American Holiday/End-of-Summer BBQ with lots of red meat, chicken and fish. Super smooth with long legs and a ruby coloring, slightly fruitier then expected but perfect balance with more earthy undertones. Was ready to drink but for sure would last for many years to come.
