Community Tasting Notes 2

July 14, 2020 - 2nd bottle, consistent with the first though I'd revise to say it has more in common with Hermitage stylistically than Cote Rotie -- perhaps it's the granite, iron, and power. Splitting hairs. Pleased to have more than a case remaining to drink into 2030s.

February 6, 2019 - Medium bodied with the slightest carbonation, or at least impression of it for the first 90 minutes. Cote Rotie-esque fruit, scores of secondaries and minerality. Massive tannic structure; you can feel this between your teeth. Inky. Needs a few hours of air to reach potential, its length and depth become truly impressive.
