December 26, 2020 - Level 3 cm. Opened and consumed immediately. Wine lasted 30 mins before tailing off. Tea leaf and soya turning to chocolate and sous-bois. Need to consume now.

July 15, 2017 - Level mid shoulder. 2nd time trying in a month's time. Opened and consumed immediately. Wine lasted 45 mins before tailing off. Plenty of sweetness. Color was clear, with berry, light sous-bois and chocolate.

June 11, 2017 - Opened 2 bottles at the same time and 30 minutes ahead. Lasted 1+ hrs as friends liked it and finished quickly.
Level mid to top shoulder. Even though cork had a funk smell and was disintegrated when opening, amazed wine and its nose was absolutely fine and plenty of sweetness remained. Color was clear, with berry and light sous-bois. However, consumed it if you had one as it won't get better.
