March 23, 2024 - A light energetic, slightly racy chardonnay with high-spirited orchard fruit. Not quite as special as their Trout Guilch, but a similar style, if less-expressive.

February 25, 2024 - Drinking well, but probably at peak. I’d drink up soon-ish. Citrus, green apple, touch of oak, good minerality. Some salinity. Almost Chablis-like. Slow ox’d for 45 mins.

August 11, 2023 - Slo-oxed for 10 minutes but a bit more is OK. Lots of lemon citrus and some minerality on the nose. The medium to plus bodied palate showed the lemon citrus and minerality along with some stone fruit, green apple and oak spice. There was plenty of acidity to balance and cleanse. Should continue to hold but in a good spot now.
