December 10, 2022 - Had with sous vide steaks finished off on the cast iron skillet and butternut squash. Started drinking after an hour decant but didn't fully hit its stride until about 3 hours in. Bordeaux style with some Napa influence for sure. A very solid second wine and good value for the price.
