February 4, 2023 - Well balanced classically-toned cab without any evident flaws, but sadly not particularly remarkable. I think I just expect more from Togni.

July 9, 2021 - One hour decant. Very deep ruby magenta color. Black walnut, dark raspberry, rhubarb pie, and subtle date on the nose. Smooth, dry, medium bodied palate. Full, soft tannins on the longish finish. Has a bit of a Bordeaux vibe.

June 15, 2021 - Favorite wine of the night. Old school, balanced style with all aspects very well integrated even at this young age. 10+ years ahead of it but oh so good now.
