July 8, 2023 - Magenta in color.15.6% ABV. Sublime nose of red fruits, anise and pepper. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. On the bigger side for sure but mostly well balanced. Cherry, raspberry liqueur, licorice and white pepper on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. Pick your spots here but this will continue to age well. Best over the next 2-4 years.
