  April 6, 2023 - Not sure if this one was flawed but it wasn't at all a pleasurable wine. Very tart and somewhat smoky, with a short, clipped finish. If it wasn't flawed then there's some serious bottle variation with this wine.

  November 28, 2022 - Last bottle. Barnyard in the nose, floral undertone. Reminds me of a burgundy but more blue fruit. Drying mouth feel. Finish is sweet but a little short.
  
  This wine is really a sleeper and just entering the drinking window. Compared to 2016 this has more concentration and more balance.

  April 12, 2020 - From young vines above Chaillot, this is a somewhat old school expression of Cornas. Very open with huge olive notes, medium acidity and good fruit. Meant to be drunk young and as expected, this doesn’t improve much on day 2 (though it certainly isn’t worse). A fun wine.

Really captivating and with plenty of structure but softer tannins than I typically find in the Gilles Chaillots. One to keep an eye on for future vintages.

  December 27, 2018 - Popped and poured but let sit in the glass for 30 minutes. So young, but so good. Oh how I pledge my love for Cornas! Smoked meats, sous bois, Worcestershire, bacon fat, roasted fennel. Nuff said. 94pts.
