March 26, 2022 - Ok Cabbe nu när den fått ligga till sig något år. A gillade den bättre än vad jag gjorde. Ganska kraftig och "maffig" men inget som går till historien.

December 4, 2020 - Good Cabernet. Blackberry and cassis with an oaky finish. Drink now as I don’t think further aging will improve it.
August 30, 2020 - This is made for the masses. Concentrated and warm, acidity is quite low and it turns maybe a little bit towards sweetness, allthough not overwhealming. Both scent and smell is dominated by heavy oak and vanilla but the good thing is that concentration is up quite good to match it. Typical cabernet like cassis. I dont think balance and elegance are the words here, "more is more" is probably the filosophy behind the wine. Not a bad wine though...

July 24, 2020 - Single blind tasting
Purple color with rim clearing
Aromatics medium +. Ripe black fruit with a syrup quality. Secondary of chocolate. Moderate oak, but integrated
Palate medium +. Acid medium. Tannin medium, gum location. Alcohol medium to medium +, but not apparent until the end. Thick sweet blue and black fruit.
Finish has medium length. Balance is off, towards fruit and alcohol. Needs more acid
Drink now, as not enough acid to allow improvement over time.
July 23, 2020 - Medium ruby/ purple with mild clearing at rim
Medium plus aromas of very ripe red/black fruit with a touch of green herbs/ mint - almost a confectioners sugar aspect which is a little offputting
Moderate oak on the nose
Medium plus palate of sweet fruit with chocolate notes - not very complex
Medium acidity and medium tannins with rather short finish
Moderate alcohol which to me is a little unbalanced and the last thing on the palate
Not bad for the price I guess
July 18, 2020 - Very good Cabernet for the price. Soft, dark fruit and some vanilla. Paired well with steak on the grill.
