    December 22, 2022 - Excellent bottle.

April 16, 2020 - A monopole at northern half and only the Chateau can name it Maltroye with a Y.

Day-1: Pop and pour. Nice aromatic nose, airy of salinity and at the back you sense the ripeness. Barley, intense fruits and lemon zest, white flower and a touch of reductive note (flint). Similar on the palate, this has very strict acid line with almond, getting broader and rounder toward the mid palate with more ripeness showing at the back too. Could be the vintage profile? Decent lenght.

Day-2: still a touch of flint with a touch of peppery spiciness. Similar performance with day-1 but with even better tension, more balance on the palate with nice spicy finish. Pretty sleek. A nice drink.
