July 22, 2020 - Still liking this and earlier vintages.
While not the most complex CS it is aging nicely with years left.

February 17, 2018 - This took days to really open up, and was worth the wait, especially a the GO close out price.

September 12, 2017 - Updating my earlier review to upgrade the score. This wine needs to be opened at room temperature (which I define as between 68-72 degrees F), decanted for no less than 2 hours and served with decently marbled steak. The meat's fat will neutralize the tongue-drying tannins and bring out the best in this wine. The nose is excellent (like a nicely aged Bordeaux) which leads to my concern with letting the wine age too much longer: The bouquet will diminish and not outlast the softening of tannins. Best to drink in the next two years, manage the temperature when the wine is served and pair with marbled meats to maximize the fine attributes of this wine. Upgrading to 85 points.

    July 9, 2017 - Regretting the purchase.

Sorry, not a "stunning" wine as another reviewer at Wine Express has stated - not even close. if so, I just don't taste it (respectfully). Upon opening, the nose shows quite a bit of promise - berries, cassis, some floral - and had every indication of a very nice wine to follow. However, the taste was quite disappointing. Very tannicy and thin. The fruits and complexity were just not there. I decanted and left for an hour and then proceeded to drink for the next several hours. Tannins died down a bit but the fruitiness of the Cab just did not come out - remaining quite thin. There are sediments in the bottle so I recommend using a wine funnel with a filter. Thinking this could be an exception, I opened a second bottle several days later and had very similar observations. This time I left what I did not drink in the bottle for another day or two. The wine just did not get any better and the window for drinking after opening should not be more than 2 days as it starts deteriorating very quickly thereafter. I had to pour the remaining portion not drunk into the sink.
Very regretful purchase (I got a whole case, unfortunately) and can only conclude this has been over marketed and now the vendor is trying to sell existing inventory. Since I have many bottles left, the remaining bottles will be cellar ed and gradually opened in the next few months/year. I will adjust my review if different (but I sincerely have doubts).
