January 22, 2018 - Very dense purple. Prominent nose of oak, sweet vanilla, pencil lead, blackberry, blueberry, powdered milk, trace of mushroom and rose petals. Palate is similar. Very fine tannins, just over medium bodied. Quite a long finish with notes of traditional quality balsamic vinegar, whisky, port wine. Very good QPR. On day 2 it's a bit different, less vibrant, more normalized, so 89/100.
