November 19, 2022 - Very nice with schnitzel and käsespaetzle.

July 19, 2019 - On top of the vineyards, or the highest vineyards. The window for Kabinett is closing because of global warming. The window never opens. Highly aromatic. Elegant and more fruit forward as a vintage.

'16 was mis-understood on a young stage because it came after '15 and it was much more subtle and much less straight but maybe more elegant and classic vintage I am being told.

June 1, 2019 - Quite a light colour, has some small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells mildly of gooseberry and in the background of melon, medium to full body, has a certain residual sugar, but is not overly sweet, more off-dry, doesn’t have much acidity left, could have more to balance the residual sugar, in the mouth gooseberry and melon, in the aftertaste gooseberry, acidity and melon, good length (15 sec), good, not too sweet Kabinett, could have been better given the producer and the price range. Would not buy again.

October 16, 2018 - With a touch of petrol note to the nose. Crisp on the palate. Fresh and crisp, oddly enough the back seems a bit simple to me, which doesn't fit at all with my past experiences of Robert Weil.

June 29, 2018 - Light and refreshing. Lime and stone. Light petrol. 15-20g RS. High minus acid. Feels 7% or so.
