July 21, 2023 - Deep straw colour, some hay on nose. Plenty ripe apple, touch of lemon, honeyed, light bees wax note. Vein of chalky minerality. Great acidity. Good length. Real depth and concentration.

March 25, 2022 - A perfectly ripe and intense Chenin Blanc with excellent succulence and fine, crisp acidity. Lovely flavor of lime and apricot that lead to a tangy, complex finish with nice mineral thrust. My first one of these and I'm very impressed. Lovely now but has the stuffing to age.
