December 31, 2023 - Dark, which I usually don't like, deep flavor, aromatic, maybe would be better in a few years. I have one left so I'm going to save it for a while and see where it goes.
November 2, 2023 - Dark magenta in the glass. Needed some air to coalesce.
May 27, 2023 - At winery. From a magnum. About right to open. Could be a few more years. Touch of pepper and some layers. Short finish

January 27, 2023 - Pour from Magnum. Very consistent notes with 2015 vintage. Roses, perfumed, toast, ginger, lavendar, red cherry. Good tannin structures and intense fruit.

March 12, 2022 - Much improved the second day. Opened up more both aroma and flavor. A new type of pinot noir for me. Not French, but great complexity, and probably the best American pinot noir I’ve had. I’d love to find a California pinot noir that would come close and wouldn’t be so pricey. More ripe than any French Burgundy, but not too ripe. without the French terroir, but great in it’s own way. $30 for a 375 is a bit over my limit, but this is good stuff.
