August 12, 2023 - Good, but I was expecting more. A little too much heat on the finish for my taste. This just might not be my style.

June 10, 2023 - Brilliant gold color, bouquet of honey, apricot and pear. Good acidity
, great balance and long finish. Much more Burgundian than most Forman chards. This was beautiful.

April 29, 2021 - blind: Napa chardonnay guess - maybe Maithasson.

This is a really good bottle of wine - no malo and probably 100% neutral oak. Great precision.

March 7, 2021 - Golden color, peach, pear and chamomile hints on the nose, full body with soft acid and caressing texture, bright flavors of tropical fruit, apple and a touch of oak, long finish, nice depth, drinking well

June 5, 2020 - Friday first pour, medium body Cali chard with a touch of vanilla, some tropical notes but a very worthy effort that wants you coming back for more. Very much enjoyed by myself and even Cousin Pudge came around in the end to enjoy this well made wine.

September 20, 2019 - Tastings; 9/19/2019-9/20/2019 (Napa): This chardonnay from Forman is quite a bit different from most Napa Chardonnays without malo. The nose is a little closed right now. Medium bodied with a silky smooth texture. Very little oak. Good value for the money, but not quite sure if it is my style. Tasted at the Forman Winery.

July 22, 2019 - Color/App: medium yellow with excellent viscosity. Quite the lovely nose showing off a bit of lemon curd, vanilla, a little melon and oak and a touch of toffee. Wonderful balance on the palate with some depth and textural silkiness. This is quite polished and shows Forman's restraint in his oak treatment --it's there but just another element among many. Medium bodied, great acid level, I'd say this is quite the success. Given the balance, I could see this going further than most Cali Chardonnays. 93+
