March 23, 2024 - Pnp then drank over a few hours. Great nose which somewhat overshadowed the palate. Strong dark fruit with some residual tannin. A few brute edges but not at all overbearing when it comes to fruit or oak for my palate. For the money, it’s hard to beat. Initially a 91 but fruit faded somewhat to a 90 by the end of the night. A great QPR especially for those that aren’t a fan of over the top Napa cab.

Let air for two hours. Flavourful elegant and balanced. Makes me re-think Napa. Good value for Napa.
February 18, 2024 - 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, and the rest Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. 27m in 35% French oak.
Decanted an hour. Tobacco, black cherry, baking spice, forest floor, hint of menthol, dried raspberry, cola. Still lots of life left!
January 28, 2024 - Big, rich and tannic. Black cherry, raspberry, a bit of eucalyptus and light oak on the palate. Full bodied with a lingering finish.
December 26, 2023 - A very good bottle. Full bodied and balanced flavor. Multiple layers of complexity. Dry. Smooth. Nice long finish. Got better the longer it was out of the bottle.
December 21, 2023 - Тёмный рубиновый цвет, полупрозрачное. В аромате чёрные ягоды, много дерева, специи, зола, чёрный молотый кофе, сигаретный табак, тимьян, потом ваниль, бальзамик и кожа, животинка. Во вкусе плотное, кислотность выше среднего, интенсивные шершавые танины. 91/100
December 17, 2023 - Very solid bottle. Deep flavor. Dry. Pleasant finish.
November 29, 2023 - I’m not the biggest fan of Napa cabs, I like them but not as much as others do normally.
This one bucks that trend for me. It is very dark and viscous looking in glass. A harbinger of what’s in store on the pallet. Nose: green stem, freshly cut flower stem, dark fruit, nutmeg.
Palate: fruit forward but not smash you in the mouth, balanced with acid and fine tannin. The ETOH is there but not hot. Lovely length. Deserved a nice steak, so that’s what I had it with.
November 19, 2023 - Velvety smooth. Not a strong flavor, but good.
August 12, 2023 - Black raspberry, plum, tobacco, cola and a bit of eucalyptus on the palate. Balanced if a bit tannic at this point. This still has several years to go.
