Community Tasting Notes 14

September 17, 2021 - pale yellow color, bright and zesty nose with saline notes, lemon grass, honeydew melon, on the palate sweet melons and white orchard fruit, ripe and vibrant without the pungency present in many sauvignon blancs, long firm finish with some interesting herbal notes, my first encounter with this wine, a singular and wonderful drink worth seeking out.

****, ready to drink with time in hand

December 15, 2020 - Aromas of honeydew melon, lemon, and straw along with a blonde color attract you immediately. The light body with medium finish give the satin like texture a nice mix to the flavors of lemon, passion fruit with a slight yeast backing. A very nice wine to enjoy now or 7 - 8 years from now,

September 20, 2020 - PNP-Consumed over an hour. Last drop was the best drop. This is a killer wine that should be enjoyed at room temp for all the goods to show. Next bottle I will decant in cellar and bring up to room temp before serving.

May 26, 2020 - This is tremendous. When given time to come up to temperature, it opens right up. Vibrant, clear and crisp fruits on the nose and the palate. Full mouthfeel and finish. A serious sauvignon blanc.

December 21, 2019 - Medium straw color. A nose that exhibits melon and pineapple. The palate is pineapple with melon, lemon, just a wee hint of vanilla. There is a strong acidic structure which balances with a rounded feel that is a function of its fermentation. Take one sip and you will soon be wanting your next. The finish is long for sav blanc.
