April 15, 2024 - This is a tough one - it seems to have huge potential, but right now it’s super tight and tannic and didn’t soften with several hours of air. Dunnuck talks about perfume but I wasn’t getting much of that. Will give the rest of the bottles several more years at least

January 28, 2024 - Dense, plush. Nose of dark berry, cassis, leather. Nice round mouth feel and finish. Very nice wine. Compared to Amoneus today.

April 9, 2022 - Opened a magnum, decanted for 5 hours. What an outstanding wine. Was still relatively tight. Great depth of flavors with a silky finish. I would let this lay down another 2-5 years.
