December 31, 2021 - Estate vs Aida Tasting - Classic Napa Cabernet. Crème de cassis and hint of vanilla on the nose and on the palate. Dark fruit and some mocha on the finish. Nicely balanced wine and tannins are pretty smooth and tame for a young cab. On day 2 it did seem to close down a bit and didn’t show as much on the nose and was a little tart on the palate but still delicious.

December 11, 2021 - Still a bit early but a nicely balanced wine with a long finish. Blue fruit on the nose and palate. Little bit of an herbal/eucalyptus note on the finish. Elegant wine
