  January 13, 2024 - From a 375, one hour slow ox. Nose shows ripe, vibrant blue and black fruit, with hints of coffee, eucalyptus and charred oak.
  
  Still a bit tannic, theres restrained dark black fruit, asphalt and crushed stone apparent in this well-made wine that can withstand a few more years of aging
