January 1, 2022 - Simple and pleasant wine that was as easy going as expected but without any particularly endearing qualities. Apples and citrus on the palate, initially very fresh-tasting for five years old but the warmth of the table showed it up to be a bit flabby so best to keep it slightly chilled. Opened purely on the basis that a magnum was what was required, and in that sense it went down very well at the table. You really can't go wrong with Muscadet but for me it struggles with identity. With baked steelhead trout.

February 15, 2019 - Pale straw. Scents of green apple and lime zest. Mineral. Light acid. Dry. Simple. Saline.

June 25, 2018 - Lys strågul farge. Lukter lyng, honning, og mineralsk. Lett syrlig anslag. Kort mineralsk smak. Tydelig malolaktisk preg. Ren men kort ettersmak. Trenger nok et par år i kjellleren.
