May 8, 2023 - This is an excellent kabinett, fully expressing the Hofberg sense of roundness and nice acid balance. A beautiful aged golden color already. The nose shows more sweetness than other 2016s, with plenty of citrus notes along with a mild smoke and melon and sweet grapefruit scent. On the palate, just classic Adam, with a rich, still young corps, and a need for 20 minutes before the grapefruit, white peach, fusel, and hint of burnt sugar opened. Sadly my last, as I think this needs another few years to balance and open even more.

April 1, 2023 - Very good, served cold, it had a great citrus nose and was not too sweet with the right level of acid. Long finish which I thought got a little better as it warmed a little.
