  October 25, 2019 - This Barossa Valley Shiraz is a deep ruby red in color.
  
  Upon sniffing, you are smacked in the face with jammy aromas dark berries with a hint leather.
  
  On the palate, you are taken on a journey of your senses. When the wine first hits your mouth you think you just ate a spoonful of slightly tart blueberry pie filling. As you swish the wine the around it becomes a little sweeter as if you sprinkled a little chocolate on the pie filling. Then when you finally swallow the wine you taste a little pepper for just the right amount of spice followed by a little dryness from the tannins.
  Just to leave you with a little tip - I know color plays an important part in wine but I did not know that Shiraz/Syrah produces some of the darkest wines in the world.

  Sec, frais, tanin ferme, texture presque grasse, belle finale
