Community Tasting Notes 1

December 7, 2018 - Less than an hour decant. Very full body. Dark garnet. Nose of dark fruit and dark chocolate. Smooth mouth feel. Not overly fruity. Tart with moderate to strong lingering tanins. Will let sit for longer to hopefully soften the spark a bit.
