    December 13, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. Leather, tobacco, white pepper, gunpowder on the nose. Tannins have completely softenened. Plum on the finish. Needed this bottle to make it 18 years and it did with style, not sure if it would have made 21 years though.

    August 2, 2022 - Opened an hour before drinking. more of an earthy, drier flavor and style than I prefer. Not bad, just not great. More cellaring won't help, should drink now.

    October 13, 2021 - 醒酒半小时,淡石榴红色,闻香有酱味,酒精感,山楂、李子的果香,蘑菇和野肉气息,橡木桶的烘烤味,丁香和豆蔻的香料味,入口酸度中等,酒液咸鲜,收尾甜美,单宁紧致,颗粒细腻,山楂、红李子香气混合着野肉的味道,一些泥土的气息,浓郁的香料和辛辣感,能感觉到酒精度不低,酒体不轻。余味是漂亮红果味和细腻的法桶香草质感,甜美而持久。一支非常典型的南隆歌海娜,正值适饮巅峰向衰弱转变的时候,香气复杂,以橡木桶影响为主,依然保持甜美果香,浓郁饱满的同时带着一丝优雅,酒精度偏高可以通过降低酒温的方式控制,饮用起来会更加平衡一些。

    October 12, 2021 - Meraviglia di concentrazione, eppure elegante e fine. Le grandi caratteristiche dello CdP ma dal colore limpido e brillante non lo diresti. Al naso frutta, spezie, erbe, sassi e tanto altro. Bocca sontuosa, elegante e potente. Ottimo adesso, ancora meglio fra 5 anni

    April 20, 2021 - the herbal qualities in this wine stand out, both on the nose and palate. ...savoury and fragrant, you'll also find pepper, damp earth, mint. some plum makes a appearance. there is a very nicely integrated sweetness that swirls on the tongue as well. well on in its evolution, i would not wait any longer on these.
