  November 10, 2017 - Pale, almost completely neutral green color. Very typical, green-toned nose of Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of nettles, gooseberries, green asparagus and some cut grass. Truth be told, this smells pretty much like New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is bright and zippy, yet moderately full-bodied on the palate with green-toned flavors of grassy character, ripe gooseberries, some goldencurrants, a little bit of lemony citrus fruits and a hint of nettles. The wine is pretty high in acidity, yet the mouthfeel is somewhat oily and a bit viscous. The finish is long, juicy and bright with juicy yet rather tart flavors of green apples, greencurrants, some ripe citrus fruits, a little bit of grassy greenness and a hint of fresh gooseberries.
  
  A very typical and unsurprising Sauvignon Blanc. Made in a very modernist, new world fashion, making this pretty undistinguishable from a typical NZ SB. Not a bad wine in any way, just pretty damn boring. Why make a wine like this, when the market is already full of them? Meh.
